    Open House

    These periodic events are opportunities to learn about our Group and to connect with us on a face-to-
    face basis. These initial meetings are a way for us to get to know one another at a location which is
    comfortable for all attendies.  To find out when our next open house will be please contact us and we
    will be happy to share the time and location of our next open house.

    Please remember, we do not proselytize! We do, however, make ourselves available to those who are
    genuine seekers of information and education on the Traditional Craft. Our beliefs are consistent with
    the ancient wisdom that says, “when the student is ready, the teacher appears.”

    New Neophyte Classes to begin soon.

    Dragonwood will be offering introductory classes beginning Spring 2011.  This year long cycle of
    classes will be held monthly.  The classes are designed to give an introduction to the Old Religion,  
    familiarize people with the protocol and procedures used at Dragonwood so that they feel comfortable
    at our gatherings and events,  help the larger community to understand and have peaceful
    coexistence with practitioners of the Old Religion, allow seekers an opportunity to practice with like
    minded individuals, and train future priests and priestesses of the Old Religion.

    Who should take the Neophyte classes?

      * People seeking a spiritual home
      * Those seeking training for the priestess/priesthood
      * Community Members wishing to know more about what the Old Religion is all  about
      * Other seekers

    Wednesday Evening Meditation Hour

    Meditation is the vehicle by which we learn about ourselves and the world around us.  To explore our
    connection to the universe and the God/Goddess energies we learn to still our minds and become
    aware.  In order to help facilitate this awareness Dragonwood offers an hour of group meditation each
    week.  This is a time to come and explore our connection with the Creative Life Force in the context of
    group meditation.
